Rickie's Venison
 
Ingredients:
11/2 pounds of Red Barn Venison
2 onions, chopped
4 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 TBS butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1 6 oz can tomato paste
1 TBS chopped parsley
1 tsp flour
1 cup sour cream
1 pinch dry mustard
1 tsp salt
Directions:
Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and saute until translucent; then add
venison and saute until browned.
 
When meat is lightly browned, add remaining ingredients. Stir together, reduce heat to low and let simmer 20 minutes. Bake in oven at 350° for 1 to 2 hours until tender.
